Extra Credit
Extra Credit

Guidelines:
All “Extra Credit” must obviously be the work of the student.  The more time and effort evident the more points the assignment will earn.  Each EC assignment is worth a maximum of 15 points.  The amount of credit earned is based solely on the teacher’s discretion.  Extra Credit points are not calculated into the student’s grade until the END of the quarter and will only be included if the student has earned a "C" or above.  Extra Credit cannot be used to move a student from failing to passing, it can only be used to boost an already passing grade. Extra credit can be turned in at any time but to be included in a specific quarter grade it MUST be received in Mrs. Williams' class before 2:40 on the Friday before the quarter ends otherwise it will be part of the following quarter's grade.

Requirements:
Student's name, period, and date must appear in the upper right hand corner of the paper.  The title "Extra Credit" must be clearly listed at the top.  A copy of the article, admission ticket stub etc. must be submitted along with the student's write up as valadation.
