Title Page	0-5			The title page includes the title “Classification Project,” student's name, Mrs. Williams, 7th Grade-Life Science,  period #, the due date, and an appropriate picture or illustration.
General Formatting	0-5			White, unlined 8 1/2" X 11" paper is used. Paper is in the portrait direction, the pages are numbered 1-8, one staple is holding the packet together in the upper left hand corner, font type is large and easy to read.
Mnemonic Device	0-5			Each letter of the mnemonic device is listed down the left side of the paper, the words make sense and create a logical sentence, the title is at the top, and an illustration is included to help remember the mnemonic device.
Kingdom Titles	0-5			Title of the kingdom: Animalia/Animal, Plantae/Plant, Protista/Protist, Fungi/Fungus, Eubacteria/Eubacteria,Archaebacteria/Archaeba-cteria clearly typed in Latin and English at the top of the page.
Kingdom Pictures	0-10			The pictures selected are drawn or securely attached to the page, they are large enough to be clearly seen, 5-8 pictures are included for each kingdom.
Kingdom Descriptions	0-10			A detailed description of the characteristics that identify each kingdom is included. Written in sentence format in the student's own words.
Scientific & Common Names	0-10			The common name and the scientific name is correctly listed with a capital letter for the genus name and a lower case letter for the species name, for each organism represented.
